Nadi Health is a technology platform that facilitates communication between patients and independently practising, registered medical practitioners. Nadi Health is not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider. The platform and its software (including AI features) have not been approved or licensed as a medical device by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) or any other Indian or international regulatory authority.
AI-generated outputs on Nadi Health — including consultation transcriptions, prescription OCR, and second opinion structuring — are assistive tools only. All AI outputs require explicit review and approval by a qualified, registered doctor before entering any patient record. AI is never auto-approved. AI features may produce hallucinations — confident-sounding outputs that are factually incorrect. Do not rely on any AI output without confirmation from your doctor.
Doctors on the Nadi Health platform are independent medical practitioners registered with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or relevant State Medical Council. They are not employees or agents of Zyvai Technologies Private Limited. Nadi Health does not direct, supervise, or control clinical decisions made by doctors. Clinical advice, prescriptions, diagnoses, and treatment plans are the sole professional responsibility of the treating doctor.
Nadi Health services are not suitable for medical emergencies. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, call 112 (India National Emergency Number) or proceed immediately to the nearest emergency room. Do not use the Nadi Health platform to seek emergency medical assistance.
Second opinions provided through the platform are advisory in nature and do not constitute a treating relationship between the specialist and the patient. Always consult your primary treating doctor before acting on a second opinion.
